Here is the explanation of all of Brume’s effects in R1999:

    • Pulsing Field Level 1: During the start of a round, the Pulsing Field upgrades with the number of Dynamo stacks transferred to it. At 50/120 stacks transferred, she can generate the Level 2 and Level 3 Pulsing Field, respectively. All Dynamo stacks transferred to it will be cleared when the Pulsing Field is cleared. All team members get a 15% DMG Bonus for three rounds.
    • Pulsing Field Level 2: All team members get a 25% boost to their Incantation Might, and 15% DMG Bonus for three rounds.
    • Pulsing Field Level 3: All team members get a 35% boost to their Ultimate Might, 25% boost to their Incantation Might, and 15% DMG Bonus for two rounds.
    • Amplified Surge: Brume gains 20 stacks of Thermoelectric Conversion after she activates a Level 3 Pulsing Field, and the Crystalline Discharge effect lasts for an additional round. Furthermore, the Cost of the Roadside View deals 400% additional Mental DMG.
    • Thermoelectric Conversion: Special stacks that can be consumed for some status skills.
    • Crystalline Discharge: Cost of the Roadside View and End of the Ride abilities deal an additional 100%/200% Mental DMG.
    • Prismatic Power: When characters are under this effect at the end of the rounds, Brume consumes all Thermoelectric Conversion stacks and casts Cost of the Roadside View once. For every 10 stacks of Thermoelectric Conversion, the Cost of the Roadside View deals 100% additional Mental DMG. Furthermore, for every 20 stacks of Thermoelectric Conversion consumed, she deals an additional instance of Cost of the Roadside View, and up to 60 stacks can be consumed in this way. Lastly, the Cost of the Roadside View attack can be triggered twice, and each attack can get up to 200% additional Mental DMG.
    • End of the Ride: Brume deals 600% Mental DMG to all enemies on the field, and also inflicts five stacks of Burn on them. This attack counts as an extra action, and it can be enhanced by 100% Ultimate Might.
    • Cost of the Roadside View: Brume deals 200% single-target Mental DMG that inflicts three Burn stacks on the enemy, and counts as an extra action. Furthermore, this special attack can be enhanced with 100% Ultimate Might.
    • Truth Tempered: Team members’ DMG bonus is increased by 20%, and their Incantation Might is increased by 10%. If the team has Mental DMG characters, then they gain an additional 10% Incantation Might and 40% Ultimate Might.
    • Disguise Dissolved: Decreases the enemies’ Critical Resist Rate by 1%, and Critical DEF by 3%. This effect can have a maximum of 20 stacks.
    • Freeloader: The targeted enemy will now be prioritized when Brume casts Cost of the Roadside View.
