What are the synergies between Bumpsuit and Lauryn Bosstick?
A large part of my work life comes with a very entrepreneurial, strong energy as a founder of my company (The Skinny Confidential), show host (The HIM & HER Show), partner (in Dear Media) and investor…BUT another big part is much softer as a mother of 2 (soon to be 3) kids. Publicly I do not showcase that side as much. At home as a mother and a wife I am truly focused on being a homemaker- I love curating and setting a serene at-home tone for my family. I am not capturing this on social media, I am living it.
Bumpsuit is synergistic with this side.
To me it represents a softer, more feminine, mother energy. Personally I was excited for the Lauryn Bosstick x Bumpsuit collaboration because it feels very geared towards women stepping into their power at every stage of life.
Ultimately it’s about women feeling confident in their body at every stage and really owning it.
What drew you to Nicole and her brand, as a fellow female entrepreneur who has created a brand for a modern woman?
I love Nicole and the mission of Bumpsuit. She took an entire category of fashion that was underwhelming and to be blunt- quite ugly and not flattering, and innovated it. Truly, I’m the biggest fan. I’ve been wearing Bumpsuit pieces since my first pregnancy, and it’s almost all I wear now with my third pregnancy.
Nicole has an incredible story, a strong “WHY” and knows how to redefine an industry that needed a severe facelift. She’s created a brand that empowers women at a stage that can be tricky- listen, it’s hard to dress yourself at 8 months pregnant. For me, I would say it’s not the most attractive I have ever felt. Like I can be simultaneously so grateful to be pregnant but feel like a cow. And Bumpsuit makes that phase easier. A lot easier- I feel flattered and each piece feels elevated.
What are your favorite pieces?
The Cloud Set BECAUSE I LIVE IN IT! This is weird but it doesn’t cut off my lymphatic system when I sleep- LOL. Also it pairs so well with The Skinny Confidential Mouth Tape (a product that’s changed my face, sleep and life). It’s buttery soft, the ideal shade of the babiest pink, and just the most comfortable ever.
Then of course The Lucy onesie is so flattering- you can also throw on a cool leather jacket, some boots and a ponytail and you’re good to go. It’s really the most-worn piece in my wardrobe right now. The Mint Roller was the perfect complement for this one because it’s versatile- throw The Skinny Confidential Mint Roller in your handbag to depuff on the go – it’s the créme de la créme of rollers.
AND belly binding was a God-sent after my last two pregnancies so the fact that Bumpsuit has launched their own and we’re including it in this collab is VERY on brand for me. I know the community will be excited for this one- it really supports posture while pulling the core in.

How has Bumpsuit helped your pregnancy style?
It’s the foundation of my outfits. All of the pieces make me feel sexy…Plus, you can tell it was designed by a woman who has been pregnant (hi Nicole!).
Bumpsuit also saves me time. It’s taken the guess work out of getting dressed which has made my mornings easier and more efficient which is why it’s the first ever ‘Lauryn Bosstick’ collaboration- I am really proud to put my name on it.
Can you tell us how The Skinny Confidential products in the kit are good for pregnancy?
The Mouth Tape has been the most life-changing product for me personally. Almost overnight my energy increased because it forces you to breathe through your nose. After a few weeks I noticed my eyes were whiter and my jawline was more defined. Pregnant or not, I think this is something everyone should be using. Paired with the Cloud Set, this kit represents ‘relaxation.’
The Mint Roller ALSO is SO GOOD- it sculpts and chisels the face and neck while stimulating the lymphatic system in the face.
