She’s joined by four other jurors, two of whom are women: “Sworn Virgin” writer-director Laura Bispuri and “The Blessed” filmmaker Sofia Djama.
“The Bookshop” and “The Secret Life of Words” are among Coixet’s credits. Her upcoming slate includes “Nobody’s Heart,” a romance based on the life of Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa. “Loki’s” Gugu Mbatha-Raw will star.
