“How many EPs per series?”-Fans in disbelief as GMMTV unveils 36-show 2026 lineup featuring 7th spring, You Maniac, HER, & more

On November 26, 2025, GMMTV officially revealed its extensive slate of dramas for 2026, confirming a total of 36 upcoming titles. The announcement detailed a wide genre spread, including 23 BL series, 8 GL series, 3 heterosexual romances, and 2 bromance-focused stories.

The lineup includes high-profile projects such as Gunshot, 7th spring, You Maniac, Good Boy Series, HER alongside more than two dozen additional titles set to span multiple genres and themes. These dramas feature some of the biggest pairings of the industry.

Followimg the release of the lineup, the scale of it immediately sparked conversation across social media platforms. Fans expressed excitement over the diversity of new titles while also voicing concerns about the volume of content arriving next year. One fan commented,

“36. I have only 1 question, how many EPs per series?”

Fans continued to voice their opinions online, with many sharing concerns about the upcoming slate. Several viewers questioned whether GMMTV could maintain consistency and quality across such a large number of productions, especially with overlapping casts and tight schedules.

I think there will be 10 episodes for each series because recently the GMM TV series only has 10 episodes.

I’m worried about the quality too, considering that some of the artists will be acting in more than one series. It’s gonna be so hectic 😵‍💫

Sorry to say most of the 2025 series where a flop in views and streaming platforms and them choosing quantity just shows how bad it’s gonna be in 2026 mind you pondphuwin just gave you a big series that’s smashing on YouTube and they don’t have a solo series chileee it’s 💀

Fans also raised concerns about scheduling delays, production pace, and the growing perception that some projects may be rushed. Many questioned whether all 36 announced titles would realistically air on time. Others worried about the overall direction and quality of GMMTV’s expanding portfolio.

I doubt some of them are not gonna see the light untill 2027/2028

when they haven’t even finished filming all the 2025 series yet is insane

I don’t know if Im happy about the HUGE number of Bl or..If im a bit …stun? Like maybe 3/4 of them are simple …It s look like we are having a new thing called “Fast-BL” product more and more without any qualities..Just to make money..I guess ? 😔

if gunshot doesn’t have at least 16 episodes and a movie im kmsing
