Ingredients for Garlic Tomato Chicken & Green Beans
This recipe is simple and uses only a few fresh, key ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (you can use fresh tomatoes if you wish)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (you can used garlic powder if you want to save money)
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Garlic Tomato Chicken & Green Beans
It’s so easy to get a better-for-you, restaurant-quality dinner on the table fast!
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 5–6 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add green beans and garlic. Sauté 4–5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes and return chicken to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and green beans are tender.
