    About the Role

    We’re hiring a highly organized, experienced Social Media & Content Operations Manager to oversee both the execution and optimization of our content and revenue-driving platforms.

    This role blends:

    • Daily social media and affiliate operations
    • Analytics and conversion optimization
    • In-person content support (styling, shoots, inventory)
    • Strategic content repurposing to maximize lifespan and sales

    This is not just a posting role or a creative role. It’s an ownership position for someone who understands how content, systems, and analytics work together to drive growth. You must be a self-starter who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing daily priorities independently.

    You’ll work closely with TeriLyn and play a critical role in keeping the business organized, monetized, and running smoothly.


    Position Overview

    This is a full-time hybrid role. You’ll work:

    • 2–3 days per week in person in Winston-Salem, NC (content days, styling, shoots, organization)
    • Remaining days remotely handling posting, affiliate platforms, analytics, and optimization.

    Core Responsibilities

    Social Media Strategy and Operations

    • Partner with TeriLyn on Instagram strategy and creative direction across channels
    • Manage daily Instagram activity (feed posts, stories, carousels, reels, channels, bio, highlights) 
    • Edit reels and photos, prepare carousels with on-screen text, prep reel covers, write captions, and publish content to the feed and stories
    • Manage automation tools (Grocers List, LTK DM, etc.)
    • Support posting and growth across TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
    • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, sales goals and other core channels (blog content and newsletter)
    • Responsible for Community Management
      • Respond to DMs and comments across platforms in a timely, on-brand way
      • Engage with the community thoughtfully and professionally
      • Flag important messages, trends, and opportunities with recommended next steps

    Affiliate Platform Management

    • Manage affiliate partners and links across multiple channels (Impact, ShareASAle, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon, etc.)
    • Daily posting and optimization on LTK and ShopMy (including chat and collections)
    • Manage and optimize the Amazon storefront

    In-Person Content & Styling Responsibilities

    (2–3 days per week in Winston-Salem, NC)

    • Assist with shopping, organizing incoming items and manage returns
    • Lead photo and video shoot days
      • Organize inventory before and after shoots 
      • Style complete outfits head-to-toe (clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry)
      • Make sure outfits are camera-ready (steam all clothing beforehand)
      • Ensure all necessary formats and angles are captured (YouTube, Reels, Stories, etc.)
    • Ensure every shoot produces maximum content lifespan and revenue potential

    Analytics, Organization & Systems

    • Repurpose content across platforms strategically (not copy/paste)
    • Review performance analytics across platforms and make recommendations 
    • Identify high-performing content and resurface it intentionally, recommend related and additional content 
    • Create sale item roundups and weekly top-seller updates
    • Flag broken links, underperforming patterns, and trends
    • Proactively identify missed monetization opportunities
    • Maintain organized systems for photos, video footage and edited assets

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Strategic thinker and ability to execute
    • Strong fashion taste and aesthetic judgment, with the ability to quickly understand and execute the brand’s style preferences across outfits, styling, and visual content.
    • Proven experience managing LTK for a creator, brand, or affiliate-driven business
    • Experience executing multi-social channel campaigns (Instagram, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon, TikTok, YouTube)
    • Strong understanding of affiliate linking, conversion optimization, and performance analytics
    • Experience editing short-form and long-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube)
    • Highly organized with strong systems, workflow management, and attention to detail
    • Proactive, self-directed employee who takes ownership and anticipates needs
    • Revenue-minded with the ability to identify and resurface high-performing content
    • Able to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads calmly and efficiently
    • Strong content judgment and ability to repurpose content strategically across platforms
    • Clear, professional communicator 
    • Familiarity with Asana and Airtable
