Furnace of Righteousness is a Campaign quest and a part of the main story in Where Winds Meet. During the quest, you uncover some secrets, infiltrate the furnace, and fight the Black God of Avarice, aka, Black God of Wealth. Completing the quest will give you Commerce Coins, Exploration EXP, and Enlightenment Points.

How to complete the Furnace of Righteousness Campaign quest in Where Winds Meet
Regroup with Little Fu, Little Lu, and Little Shou, and find Yingying
Furnace of Righteousness automatically starts after completing the Unbound Cavern quest in Where Winds Meet. Follow the quest marker and regroup with Little Fu, Little Lu, and Little Shou near the bridge. Next, find Yingying behind the building and speak with her.
Follow Yingying to evade government soldiers
Evade all the government soldiers and follow Yingying until you meet up with her mother and others.
Hold off Lord Shi alone and engage the government soldiers
Exit the building to confront Lord Shi and defeat his soldiers.
Go to Safety Place and check Yingying’s brocade bag
Follow the quest marker to reach the Safety Place and speak with Little Lu, Little Fu, and Little Shou. Next, rally the commoners to sing the ballads as per Yingying’s request.
Eavesdrop on dialogue and find the convoy
Eavesdrop on the group of NPCs standing nearby before heading west to find the convoy.

Find an opportunity to approach the convoy wagon and board it
Use the leaping points on the roof and street lamps to enter the Cuju Field and board the wagon.
Evade soldier and find an exit
Follow the quest marker to evade the soldiers and find an exit. Note that you must remain undetected by the soldiers and get to the top of the watchtower to find a route to rescue Yingying.
Enter the attic to eavesdrop on the guards and defeat them to obtain the map
Get inside the attic to eavesdrop on the soldiers before defeating them to obtain the furnace dungeon map.
Find an exit and escape the camp
Use the window to exit the building and follow the quest marker to escape the camp. Fighting all the soldiers is not recommended.
Avoid guards and go to the dungeon
Get down from the wall and go to the dungeon without getting detected. Follow the quest marker and enter the building to find a flight of stairs leading to an underground area.
Eavesdrop on soldiers’ conversation, take out the guards, and enter the dungeon
Hide behind the wall to eavesdrop on the soldiers’ conversation before taking out the two guards. Once that is done, interact with the dungeon gate to open it. Unfortunately, it won’t open, and you’ll need a key to unlock it.
Find the key-holding guard and steal the key
Go upstairs and exit the building before entering the one in the west to find the guard with the key. Quietly follow him upstairs and use the Celestial Seize to steal the key. Once that is done, return to the dungeon gate undetected and open it.
Head to the dungeon depths
Go deeper into the dungeon until you reach a small room with an elevator and use it to go to the lower level.

Investigate the cell and enter the cell
Speak with the NPC inside the cell before entering the cell on the far right. This will trigger a cutscene, and the Dao Lord trio will trap you inside.
Track Yingying’s trail
Follow the trio until you reach a large chamber full of gold.
Explore the chamber
Open all the chests in the chamber before viewing the paper on the table.
Check the candles and search for contraption
Interact with the candle stand before kneeling before the nearby shelf to find the contraption.
Enter the hidden door and investigate the clothes
Enter the door and go deeper into the tunnel until you reach another large chamber with a money tree. After the cutscene, approach the tree to investigate Yingying’s clothes.
Defeat the enemy and search for dungeon exit
Follow the trio and go upstairs to exit the dungeon building.
Defeat Jin Huo and leave the place
After exiting the dungeon, defeat Jin Huo and use the leaping skill to leave the place.
Ascend to higher places and await Dao Lord’s signal
Leap on the railing and follow closely after the Dao Lord trio until you reach the dock. Wait for Dao Lord’s signal before entering the furnace.
Catch up with Yuanbao and find a way up
Follow the cat and get to the wooden platform near the pillar in the furnace. Next, leap onto the container to go up.
Keep following the cat until you reach a group of soldiers and sneak into the freight elevator. You have to open the gate before the soldier returns.

Escape the corridor and evade pursuit
Follow the on-screen prompts and click the buttons within the time limit to keep running to evade pursuit and reach the top of the tower.
Re-enter the furnace from the tower’s peak
Climb to the top of the tower and activate the mechanism to re-enter the furnace. This will take you to a large chamber with a lot of gold coins. You can also find a bunch of chests containing coins. Open them and exit the chamber.
Defeat the God of Avarice
Confront the God of Avarice and defeat him. Unlike other bosses, he has three phases. Two of them are in his regular size, but he becomes a giant in the last phase, and you must bow ranged attacks to hit the “eye” on his staff to defeat him.
Check on Big Zhao and return to Granny’s house
Meet up with Big Zhao before going to Granny’s house to meet Yingying to ask her a few questions. This will complete the Furnace of Righteousness Campaign quest in Where Winds Meet.
