Lululemon Lookalikes That Are Almost As Good (And Way Cheaper)
If you love Lululemon but don’t love the price tag, you’re not alone. I own several Lululemon pieces and can vouch for the quality, but filling your closet with $100 leggings, $70 tanks, and $120 hoodies isn’t always practical. The good news? There are plenty of affordable alternatives that deliver the same look, feel, and performance – often at a fraction of the price. I’ve tried many of these myself, so consider this your honest guide to the best Lululemon dupes. And, when I think the real thing is worth buying instead of the look-alike, I noted that too.
What brand is the best Lululemon dupe?
CRZ Yoga consistently tops the list when it comes to Lululemon dupes. They offer an extensive range of workout wear that mimics Lululemon’s silhouettes, fabrics, and features. From high-waisted leggings to moisture-wicking sports bras, CRZ Yoga gets incredibly close to the real thing. Their prices are usually a third (or less) of Lululemon’s, making them one of the best options if you’re looking to stock up without breaking the bank.
Other standout brands include:
Does Costco have Lululemon dupes?
Yes – and they’re shockingly good for the price. Costco’s Kirkland Signature leggings have a cult following for a reason. They offer buttery-soft fabric, a wide waistband, and a sleek high-rise fit that feels very similar to Lululemon Aligns. You won’t find the same range of silhouettes or fun colors, but for basic black leggings or workout staples, Costco shoppers swear by them.
Keep in mind, Costco rotates its inventory often, so if you spot your size, grab them before they disappear. I haven’t tried them personally, so I can’t vouch for them; if you have, please leave a comment to share your thoughts!
Why are Lulu leggings so expensive?
A few reasons:
- Fabric Technology: Lululemon’s proprietary fabrics (like Nulu for Aligns and Everlux for training gear) are engineered for sweat-wicking, lightweight comfort, and durability.
- Fit & Design: Their cuts are incredibly flattering and designed to move with your body whether you’re at the gym, running errands, or doing yoga.
- Brand Reputation: Lululemon has positioned itself as a premium lifestyle brand, and you’re partly paying for the name.
- Quality Control: Superior stitching, better elastic recovery, and fewer issues with pilling or sagging.
That said, many people find that quality dupes offer 80-90% of the experience at a much friendlier price point.
What to Look for When Shopping
When hunting for the best Lululemon dupes, pay attention to:
- Fabric Composition: Look for blends of nylon, spandex, and elastane.
- Sweat-Wicking Properties: Essential if you’re using them for workouts.
- Fit and Rise: High-rise leggings are usually the most flattering.
- Seam Placement: Look for flat seams to avoid chafing.
- Compression Level: Depending on your preference for support.
- Pockets: Handy for keys, cards, or your phone.
So, what are the best Lululemon dupes?
Let’s break it down by piece because not every dupe is created equal.
Align Leggings Lookalikes
CRZ Yoga Naked Feeling High-Waist Leggings
- Nearly identical fabric (soft, stretchy, and sweat-wicking)
- Buttery feel, great for yoga or casual wear
- Wide, flat waistband just like Aligns
- Usually under $30 on Amazon
- Cons: I found these stretched out over time and my Lululemon Aligns have not.
WINNER: The dupe, hands down. The CRZ Yoga pair is flattering. I’ve had this Amazon pair for years and they still look brand new with no piling and my Lululemon Aligns always pill. If you want more compression, get the Workout Pro version.

Align Tank Lookalike
GYM People Sport’s Tank
- Nearly identical built-in bra and cropped fit
- Stretchy, soft, and perfect for yoga or casual wear
- Adjustable straps and plenty of color options
- Cons: honestly? I can’t think of one.
WINNER: Amazon. The Lululemon align tank is far too low-cut for my taste!

Training Energy Bra Lookalike
CRZ Yoga Strappy Longline Bra
- Great support for mid-impact workouts
- Adjustable straps and moisture-wicking fabric
- Similar strappy back design to the Energy Bra
- Under $25
- Cons: it doesn’t have quite as much compression as the Lululemon Training Energy Bra.
Winner: If you need more support, go for Lululemon. If lower support is okay for your chest size or workout types, grab the CRZ Yoga bra.

Sculpt Cropped Tank Lookalike
CRZ Yoga Quick-Dry Cropped Tank
- Mesh paneling similar to the Lululemon Sculpt Tank
- Lightweight, moisture-wicking
- Loose fit with a flattering cropped length
- Around $20 compared to $58
This CRZ Yoga tank is also a great option for Pilates outfits — check out my full Pilates outfit guide here.

Lululemon Pace Rival Skirt
CRZ Yoga Active Skort
WINNER: Lululemon! The waist is more comfortable and so are the built-in shorts.

Lululemon Classic White Tee
CRZ Yoga Pima Cotton Tee
- Breathable, lightweight fabric
- Moisture-wicking and great stretch
- Packs and washes easily
- Around $15
- Cons: thinner and not as flattering. I own both but prefer the Lululemon tee when I want to look a little more put together, like for cute athleisure outfits. The Amazon tee I wear when I’m okay with my boys possibly destroying a white top.
WINNER: Tie! The Lululemon one is thicker and more fitted, but I also like the lightweight fabric and looser fit of the Amazon one.

Lululemon Speed Up Short Dupe
CRZ Yoga Quick Dry Running Shorts
- Lightweight, sweat-wicking fabric
- Built-in liner and zippered pocket
- Split hem for easy movement
- Just over $25 compared to $68
- Con: again, just like the skort, the liner and waistband of these isn’t quite as good. I like the Amazon shorts for lifting, but never run in them. If you plan to run or do a lot of workouts with lots of jumping (like HIIT), I’d invest in the real speed-up shorts.
WINNER: Lululemon. I like the longer length and they have more room in the waist but still fit my waist.

Scuba Hoodie Lookalike
Amazon Half Zip Fleece Hoodie
- More casual feel but similar silhouette
- Not as structured but still cozy
- Great everyday option for the Lululemon Scuba Hoodie if you’re not picky about technical details
Don’t Forget the Accessories
Even Lululemon’s famous Everywhere Belt Bag I reviewed here has excellent dupes. And I have an entire blog post comparing the Lululemon and Amazon belt bags. A quick overview is below.:
ODODOS Unisex Mini Belt Bag
- Nearly identical design and size to the Everywhere Bag
- Adjustable strap and zipper pocket
- Multiple color options
- Around $16 compared to $38
The Bottom Line
Lululemon will always be iconic for a reason – their fabrics, silhouettes, and durability are hard to beat. But if you’re looking for a more budget-friendly way to fill your gym bag, yoga drawer, or casual weekend wardrobe, there are plenty of dupes that come remarkably close. Brands like CRZ Yoga, Colorfulkoala, and even Costco’s Kirkland Signature offer high-quality alternatives that are sweat-wicking, lightweight, and flattering.
You may still splurge on your favorite Align leggings or Scuba hoodie, but you don’t have to blow your budget to get the look and feel of Lululemon for most of your everyday pieces.
