The lipstick itself is packaged in a long elongated black and red tube. It looks luxe without being heavy. I find it easy to travel with. The tip of the lipstick tube is in the shape of a tear drop which helps with precise application.
Formula Of The Armani Lip Power Lipstick
This lipstick feels like a balm but with a satin finish. It is lightweight and buildable. Also I did not detect any fragrance.
My Experience
I picked up the shade 301 – https://blushnbasil.com/pm8m” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Friendly. The brand describes this as a golden coral shade. I love shades like these on my medium skin tone. When I first apply this, it feels very hydrating and nourishing. The formula is very lightweight. It stays for about 5 hours or so. I have to add, since this is a satin formula there is some transfer. With a bright shade like Friendly, I find that there is some staining effect. So even when it starts fading after 5 hours, it fades gradually. There is no dreaded ring around the lips and no color in the center situation.
Most balmy lipsticks give me 2-3 hours max. This last much more than that and most importantly it is very comfortable on my lips. I love this formula and want to pick up some neutral shades from this range.
