My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Watermark Beach Resort, located in Osoyoos, British Columbia, Canada. During our wonderful 3 night stay a few seasons ago, we were invited to dine in the resort’s very own ..

What a wonderful dining experience it was, seated on their outdoor patio at the resort.
15 Park Bistro Restaurant – Location
The Watermark Beach Resort & Adjoining 15 Park Bistro, is located right downtown in Osoyoos, on the picturesque shores of Osoyoos Lake.
The town of Osoyoos is located in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, is known worldwide for its; award winning vineyards and a mixed fruit orchards. In the summer months, Osoyoos is an extremely popular lake resort vacation destination.
This is because of one of its main attractions being that of beautiful … Osoyoos Lake.
This lake is the warmest in all of Canada!
15 Park Bistro Restaurant – Chef Atkin’s
At the time of our visit a few seasons ago, the restaurant’s Executive Chef; Atkin’s, came with years of culinary experience and had been 15 Park Bistro’s head chef since 2016.
His career started at a very young age, beginning his training at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. He earned distinction, as the youngest student enrolled in his culinary program.
Since graduation, his resume included working in various chef positions in the City of Calgary, Alberta, including the renowned; La Chaumiére {One of Calgary’s Premier French Restaurants.}
He takes pride in using seasonal, sustainable ingredients that go well with the restaurant’s; farm-to-table ideology. Chef Atkin’s always prefers locally sourced ingredients whenever possible in all his dishes.
15 Park Bistro Restaurant – Casual Fine Dining
15 Park Bistro offers Casual Fine Dining in a beautiful lakefront setting, right in downtown Osoyoos.
If you’re looking to enjoy a superior dining experience, then you’ve come to the right place. My wife and I had an amazing dinner and below, is just a glimpse of what we enjoyed on our visit.
Starters
Caesar Salad (GFA)
Romaine, Maple Bacon Lardons, Lemon Caper Dressing, Candied Lemon,
Herb & Roasted Garlic Gremolata, Shaved Pecorino
Hummus & Tzatziki (V, GFA)
Fried Garlic Naan, Kalamata Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Mint, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Together with locally produced craft beer and cider, these selections were perfect to start our dinner off.
Main course
Lobster Mac & Cheese
Fresh Pennatoni Pasta, Herb & Roasted Garlic Gremolata, Garlic Cream Cheddar Sauce, Pecorino
Certified Angus Beef 10oz NY Striploin
All Grilled Entrées are served with; Crispy Mashed Potato, Buttered Broccolini, Roasted Organic Carrots and served with your choice of sauce.
Perfect additions to your main entrees if so desired;

✴ Loaded Crispy Mashed Potato (Bacon Bits, Green Onion, Sour Cream);
✴ Bacon Mushroom Ragu;
✴ Butter Poached Atlantic Lobster Tail;
✴ Grilled Prawn & Scallop Skewer.

For wine lovers, 15 Park Bistro has their own in-house sommelier, who professionally pairs each dish with exceptional locally produced wines.

You most certainly want to leave room to try Chef Atkin’s unique and mouth watering dessert selections. As an example, we were treated to one of his very own creations and most popular;

Dark Chocolate Mousse, Cherry Compote, White Chocolate Ganache, Cocoa Nibs

If you’re looking to treat yourself to an amazing dinner in a picturesque and casual atmosphere, then you simply must make reservations to dine at .. 15 Park Bistro.
Whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just to relax at the bar and enjoy your favorite; cocktail or locally produced wine and/or cider, you simply can’t go wrong.
The restaurant also offers a {contemporary takeout menu,} if you prefer to dine in the comfort of your suite, right at the Watermark Beach Resort, or elsewhere.
My wife and I had a superb dinner and wonderful 3 night stay at Watermark and can’t wait to return!
From fresh salads, wraps, bistro bowls, off the grill selections to fish entrees, the menu is enticing and extensive. Their dessert menu is unique, along with after dinner cocktails selections to complete your evening.
