Hi friends! Happy Friday and hope my US friends had a beautiful Thanksgiving!
It’s been a pretty great week over here. I took the kids and some friends to the trampoline park after their half day at school so they could jump their hearts out, tackled the holiday cooking (made this pie, this green bean casserole with homemade crunchy onions, and picked up a pumpkin loaf, apple pie, and gf gravy from Dedicated),
took the kids to Target (to “browse,” they said) and the Pilot returned from a long trip. The end of October through November has been crazy: he was gone, I left for RHS, we high-fived and he left, when he returned I went to LA, we high-fived again and he left, and now he’s back! WHEW. It was such a treat that he could be here for Thanksgiving!

(dress is here // boots are here)
We had the usual lunch/dinner at my Uncle’s house with all of my dad’s side of the fam.

After that, we went to Trevor and Danielle’s in the evening to hang out with Madre’s side of the fam and see Daisy! She is just the funniest, cutest little nut. I love her so much.
The day was filled with family time, delicious food, a neighborhod stroll, and just taking it easy… I hope you had a wonderful one, too!
For now, it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something you’re loving in the comments section below.
11.28 Friday Faves
Black Friday is heeeeeeere:
I look forward to Black Friday sales all year!! This is when I blast through my holiday shopping list and also get some of the things we need for the house, or items I’ve had my eye on. A LOT of creators share their links this time of year, and I wanted to thank those of you who choose to shop through my links. It means the world to me, and your support helps me offset some of the cost to keep the blog running, especially since ad revenue has taken a serious downturn with AI search.
Here are some of the best finds this year:
Gift guide top picks:
– INSANE sale at Farm Rio aka my favorite place to shop! 50% off and extra 20% with code SUPER20. I got two dresses and am so excited about it! (This one and this one)
– Walking pad. The only way I’m able to hit 10k steps most days! This one is less than $100 with Black Friday deals.
– Rebounder. This is a great way to support blood flow, the lymphatic system, and also improve focus during a long work day. I’ll take a 5-minute break and bounce to some music. This one is on sale for BFCM.
– Anthro is 30% off!! I’m obsessed with their festive drinkware, this dress (I neeeeeed it), this sequin tee, “Yes, chef” dish towel, and this pack of my favorite clean fragrances.
– Old Navy: 50% off sitewide. I ordered new uniform pants for both kids, this jacket for Liv, and this jacket for myself. Their holiday outfits are so cute; this is what we wore for family pics this year. I got this skirt and this dress for Liv. I can’t even believe that dress is only $13 right now!!! It fits beautifully and looks wayyyy more expensive.
– Vivrelle!! Do this one for yourself lol 🙂 You can rent designer handbags and luxury jewelry, and swap it out each month. I have the most gorgeous Chanel caviar bag right now and am sad to send it back next week, but so excited to pick something new! So fun for the holidays. Use this link for $300 off – it’s spaced out so you save $100 each month for 3 months. I promise, you will love it.
-50% off Splendid sleepwear. I got these for Liv; the fabric is a dream.
–25% off at Bombas! Everyone needs new socks lol. I especially love their slipper socks, and their compression socks for long flights. The Pilot uses and loves them, too.
–50% off at J Crew. I love their men’s sweaters, women’s blazers (they last forever), and girls’ dresses. This is going to be P’s Christmas dress.
– Great price for the Hatch! Worth mentioning here that I don’t pay for the subscription and it still works amazingly well.
– Ninja Creami Scoop on sale.
– Nontoxic air fryer.
– Vaccuum mop aka the only way I’m able to keep our floors sparkly and clean. (Also I use a little Branch Basics in the water even though you’re not supposed to and it still works great for now lol)
– These gorgeous CZ earrings.
– Cozy and clean makeup set.
– This amazing pendant.
– This holiday essentials travel set.
– The perfect vanity case.
– Toniebox! This is what I’m getting for Daisy.
Wellness faves
– If you don’t have a Lumebox yet, now is the chance. They’re 50% off this weekend and it’s the steepest discount they offer. I use it for so many things: headaches, muscle aches, energy, mood, skin, stomachaches, fever, period cramps (rarely get them, but when I do, this helps a lot), SO many things. It’s like the Swiss army knife of wellness tools. Get yours here!
– Air Doctor. Clean air makes such a huge difference, especially during this time of the year with allergies and colds floating around. This is their best price of the whole year.

– Canopy shower filter. We noticed a difference in our skin and hair right away. The water feels softer and has zero chorline smell anymore. If you already have one, this is a good chaance to get more for extra bathrooms, or try their sink or bath filter.
– Mold-free coffee! I’m stocking up during the sale. The sad news is that coffee is a highly-sprayed crop, so many conventional options have pesticides, herbicides, and mold. This one is lab-tested for purity and remineralized, and it tastes DELICIOUS. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is nasty. This one is amazing.
– PEMF Go Mat. I use this every.single.day for breathwork and meditation, or when I need a little recharge during computer work. I have a hard time deciding which one I like better: the famous sauna blanket! or the PEMF mat. If you can do both… I say go for it. 😉
– Red light face mask. I use this every morning while doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin’s texture
– OneSkin! They have tiered savings for BFCM; the more you spend, the more you save. They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells <— they can increase the aging process. I loooove their tinted moisturizer and body lotion.
-My favorite quarterly detox! If you’re joining us in January, grab your kit now. You can do 7, 14 or 21 days.
– The most incredible wellness gift you could gift for yourself this season is an Integrative Health Practitioner certification. I mentioned this in my last post, but if you’re considering getting certified, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I’d be happy to chat with you and share more about my experience. This is their best price of the year: use BF1500 for $1500 levels 1 and 2.

– Organifi! They make so many of my favorite things, including hydrogen water tablets, green juice, red juice, Harmony, and Pure. Check it out here!
If you’re shopping for a specific person, I have a ton of ideas in this year’s gift guides (a few more on the way!). Many of these include BFCM deals within the posts:
Biohacking and Wellness Gifts
For Her
For Him
For the Kids
For Tweens
Everything is linked on my ShopMy for easy access and this page has a roundup of some of my top picks, too.

I’m SO sad that Dancing with the Stars is over but it was so much fun watching this season, and we were so happy that Robert won. Trying to figure out what I’m going to do with that Tuesday night void!
This was an excellent podcast episode about the power of your thoughts.
